Oscars came and went by and made many celebrities happy and famous by winning awards at the gala night. However, there was one guy who became a celebrity at the Academy Awards night. The Oscar night changed the life of Ellen DeGeneres' Pizza delivery guy who has now become so famous and is interviewed by various magazines. If meeting Hollywood biggies like Julia Roberts, Jared Leto, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie was not prize enough, the Oscar pizza guy also got a whopping $1000 tip! Let's find out more about the lucky man.

Edgar Martirosyan is 30 years old and had actually stopped delivering pizzas some 5 years ago. His Big Mama's and Papa's Pizzeria on Sunset Boulevard, where he is a co-owner, got a delivery request for the evening. Since everyone else was busy at his restaurant on Sunday, Martirosyan decided to go out himself and deliver the pizzas for some technical guys or writers backstage, as told.

However, when Martirosyan reached the Dolby Theatre on Sunday carrying three pizza boxes in hand, he met Ellen DeGeneres, the host of the Oscar night. She introduced herself to him and, without revealing anything further information, she asked him to follow her. And the rest all is history.

"I was shocked," Martirosyan told LA Times in a telephone interview. "When I realized I was onstage, I didn't understand what was going on. Like, 'What am I doing here?'," he added.

Martirosyan was star-struck after seeing the Hollywood elite face to face, but he kept his calm at the Oscars night. His favourite moment was seeing actress Julia Roberts in person whom he also gave a slice of cheese pizza. "She was actually more beautiful in person," he told the newspaper.

Martirosyan's pizza delivery act during the Oscars was watched by a record-breaking 43 million viewers at home. He also got a chance to appear on Ellen's talk show on Monday and tell his story. Ellen also passed on a hat to the Hollywood biggies on the Oscar night and managed to rake in $1000 as tip for him! That's wonderful for three pizzas. Do watch his interview below:
