Last year rappers Drake and Nicky Minaj announced on their Twitter accounts that they have "tied the knot." Although it wasn't true, Minaj continues to claim the heart of the R&B singer, who says that at the end of the day she would be the perfect wife given the circumstances of fame.

"I don't know if we were really pretending. I'd marry Nicki," the 24-year-old singer said on Twitter.

"I think Nicki would be one of the only people that would understand me at the end of all this and be able to love me," he told Elle magazine in his interview. "That's a woman my mother is in love with."

Although the two were speculated to having dated in the past, Drake denied rumors that he have introduced the "Super Bass" singer to his mother.

"She didn't mean to. I'll never put that on her. I was hurt because I started to slowly realize what it was," The young rapper also talked about his past relationship with Rihanna, saying that breakup hurt him

Drake and Minaj recently performed "Make Me Proud" together on "Saturday Night Live," where he showed his playful side by planting a kiss on her cheek. Drake's second album "Take Care" will be released Nov. 15, with collaborations with Nicki Minaj, Lil Wayne, and Stevie Wonder be expected.
