The first season of the popular action anime series Dragon Ball Z is currently available on Windows Store. The offer was first introduced to Windows users in America.

“Dragon Ball Z” revolves around the main character Goku and his quest to collect the seven dragon balls and save the entire universe. The hero travels with the Z-warriors in his quest. Overall, the series has spawned over 300 episodes and several spin-off titles, such as “Dragon Ball Kai.” An upcoming game called “Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2” will be released on October 25.

There are a total of 39 episodes in the first season, and the videos can be viewed in high definition. Windows allowed users to stream the episodes and download them individually or by batch. A Microsoft account was the only requirement. Fans can now watch the first saga of the classic long-running anime online or offline.

The “Dragon Ball Z” compilation available in the Windows Store is the original Funimation dub. The dub was aired in the 90’s in Toonami. Microsoft believes that fans of all ages will enjoy the free offer. Aside from devices with Windows 10 installed, Xbox Live users may also stream and download the series.

According to Tech Times, Microsoft has not revealed why they offered “Dragon Ball Z” in their store for free. In an article, they believed that the iconic software company wished to “encourage users to try out the Microsoft Store.”

The expiration of the free episode download is unknown. Fans who reside in the US are encouraged to make the most of the offer before Microsoft begins charging users. The availability of the offer in other countries is yet to be announced.

The first season of “Dragon Ball Z” can be viewed and downloaded in the Windows Store by US subscribers. Users in other countries stay tuned for further announcements from Microsoft.
