“Dragon Age Inquisition” Xbox One and PC players will finally receive the first DLC titled Jaws of Hakkon. It brings new enemies, new legendary items and new region named Hakkon expected to be released on March 24 worldwide.

‘Dragon Age Inquisition’ Jaws Of Hakkon Downloadable Content

Official Twitter account of “Dragon Age” confirmed the upcoming release of Jaws of Hakkon DLC for “Dragon Age Inquisition” on March 24, 2015 to Xbox and PC worldwide. It features new in-game items, new enemies to kill and a new region named Hakkon for players to explore. Based on the details reported by PCGamer, the DLC adds four new achievements for players to fulfil:

- Firestarter: Destroy all the Winter Shards and light all the fires in the Old Temple.

- Legened-Marked: Impress the Avvar of Stone-Bear Hold and gain their friendship.

- Historian: Uncover the secrets of a legendary figure.

- Winter’s End: Dispel a myth of ancient days.

These new achievements seem to entail new quests available from the Jaws of Hakkon DLC by visiting the region of Hakkon. Unfortunately, there is no information yet on when will it be released for PlayStation 4.

‘Dragon Age Inquisition’ Software Patch Versions 5 And 6

BioWare recently released two new patches for the game which improves overall gameplay and fixes several bugs. Here are some of the changes included by the Patch 5 update:

- Updates the game to version 1.06.

- Party storage now available in the Undercroft at Skyhold.

- Adjustable font size of subtitles.

- Mouse look toggle for PC users but currently under development.

- Characters using Counterstrike ability will not take damage anymore.

- Initial barrier on spawned spellbinders has been removed.

- Archer AI improved with less chances of entering melee combat.

- Mesh and Shader quality controls have been separated found in the Graphics Options.

Patch 6 is also available for download which focuses on multiplayer fixes and more PC gaming enhancements. Here are some notable improvements from the latest patch:

- Improvements on multiplayer gaming experience.

- Mouse look toggle improvements for PC users.

- Enabled binding of additional mouse buttons for mice with more than two buttons.

- Stability enhancements.

- Fixes on certain quests such as “What Lies Dormant” and “Perseverance.”

Black Emporium feature remains unavailable according to the official change logs of BioWare on Patch 5 and Patch 6. BioWare is still working on the feature after receiving excellent feedback from players during the beta testing.
