"Diablo 3's" latest expansion, "Reaper of Souls," has been out for a little over the month, and gamers are left with so much to explore. Aside from the new "Crusader" character everyone can get first dibs on, "Reaper of Souls" has brought more to the plate. If the first release of "Diablo 3" got players hooked, "ROS" promises to do even more.

Many "Diablo 3"-dedicated Websites and threads are filled with the "D3" community's positive feedback about the expansion. It's as if the developers and creators gave more reasons for hardcore gamers to get addicted to the game. Naturally, the longtime gamer's objective is to explore the new "Act 5" and eventually face the main villain "Malthael."

When the "Reaper of Souls" expansion hasn't been released yet, the "D3" community commented there isn't anything to play with in the first installment anymore. But there were still hardcore gamers who continued to grind "Diablo 3," searching for hard-to-find legendary items.

The "Reaper of Souls" expansion improved the gaming experience upon its release. The endgame for "ROS" "obliged" gamers to stay on. In the previous "Diablo 1" and "Diablo 2" games, players who reached the endgame usually grinded repeatedly on old maps to get higher levels and find better in-game items—all of whom will bored gamers eventually. "ROS" developers have noticed this problem and upped the ante when they released the expansion. "ROS" offers more exciting challenges and adventures for players to get stronger level- and item-wise.

The first improvement for "ROS's" endgame is the "Adventure mode." Players need to finish "ACT 5" first to play it. Adventure mode gives players two objectives. First is the "Bounties Rift." This mode will allow players to move across all "Acts" and maps while trying to collect the five "Bounties." Upon completion, players will receive a "Horadric Cache" that contains very valuable items. According to "Diablo 3's" official updates, the cache may even contain a legendary item with increased item drop rates.

The second objective or adventure is the "Nephalem Rift." These are randomly generated dungeons in each act where players are given only 10 to 20 minutes to finish. Upon playing through the dungeons, the players are rewarded with an increased 25 per cent chance of dropping legendary items.

"Diablo 3" also came up with new promotional videos for "Reaper of Souls."

"Diablo 3: Reaper of Souls" also brought the new patch 2.04 which improved and added overall gameplay features. The new patch is only available in the Americas server region at the moment, but will follow up shortly for the European and Asian regions. New updates include:
