"Destiny" players are in for a surprise to welcome in the New Year. Apart from the rather massive leak of the developer Bungie's plans that made its rounds in the Internet, there's a new thing brewing over at the dev's headquarters. But this time, the teaser is a legitimate one.

The official Twitter account of Bungie has featured a very teasing tweet of how a "Legendary" surprise as a token of gratitude will be delivered later this week. As usual, the gift will be obtained from the Postmaster, though no detail has been given as of yet.

According to IGN, there is a big possibility that this may be the much-awaited holiday gifts, which were promised to come out in January. Over the holidays, "Destiny" was one of the games that suffered massively from the onslaught of issues, which hit both the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live. Because of this, fans were not able to get their promised gifts.

In a previous blog post, Bungie reassured fans that they will be getting their gifts once things go back to normal. And it seems the gifts will be the teased tokens of "Legendary" proportions.

This is not the end of what fans can start speculating over. An even bigger anticipated delivery comes from a Redditor fan who reportedly stumbled upon a Strike mission. Gamingbolt spotted the discussion over at Reddit, where Redditor RobinFiend provided a link to a YouTube video that shows a glitch. This glitch reportedly shows a few more clues to the upcoming expansion pack, "House of Wolves."

According to the video seen below, the "Destiny" player falls under the map after waking the Hive. What is seen next are some elements that link back to what is currently known about "House of Wolves" DLC, most of which involve elements of the Fallen. There's a mention of a Fallen Ketch that can be reached via an elevator.

Video creator MorninAfterKill provides his own speculation of what this Fallen area of the map could bring and how it plays into "Destiny." The speculation takes off on the assumption that "House of Wolves" raid will be set in the asteroid belt where the Queen lives. What this could suggest is that the Fallen House of Wolves is one that is controlled by the Queen herself.

What MorninAfterKill also suggests is a possible story arc that involves all of these characters, plus potential traitors to add to the mix. Now, this could be a good thing, particularly for those who want "Destiny" to delve deeper into the narrative of the universe. Whether or not that is actually what Bungie is planning remains to be seen, as more official details are still expected from the Destiny" developer. But for now, it's best to check out the video. And as per usual, spoilers are up ahead for those who want to watch.
