Back in Season 1 Episode 8 of “Designated Survivor,” President Kirkman (Kiefer Sutherland) opened up to more challenges as the plot behind the Capitol Hill bombing thickened. Congress had elections, a bioterrorism threat started and the identity of his son’s biological father was placed under the microscope. Fans can expect more of the political mess to unravel in the next episodes.

In Season 1 Episode 9 of “Designated Survivor,” titled “The Blueprint,” Agent Hannah Wells (Maggie Q) will be seen gathering evidence against Congressman Peter Macleish (Ashley Zukerman) before he gets appointed as Vice President. Later on, a whistleblower gets discovered sneaking out with classified documents and will later on leak them on the I nternet.

When President Kirkman investigates the whistleblower, he will learn that there is an unknown party that is currently being protected in the foreign embassy. Later on, Kirkman will declare that there is a traitor amongst them.

Spoilers say that President Kirkman’s cluelessness to a conspiracy that is brewing within the walls of The White House provided something for the suspense-filled story arcs to feed on. Now that there are a lot of people who are part of Catalan’s colossal plan, it is time for this former Secretary to find out what is actually happening behind the doors of his office.

Fallen FBI director Jason Atwood (Malik Yoba) will sport an orange prison jumpsuit and will get interrogated by the FBI. Wells has to get in a room with Kirkland quickly because MacLeish is about to be proclaimed as the next VP of the US. She is the only one around who knows what exactly is happening.

It looks like the political situation is badly messed up but this tough President is not giving up too easily . How things unfold and how they get solved will be seen by viewers as exciting events unravel one by one on this upcoming episode of “Designated Survivor.”
