The news of Australian international supermodel being dropped on the roster as one of Victoria’s Secret angels has come as a surprise to her millions of fans and followers as it stormed the web at the time when Miranda is at the height of her career.

What could be more astonishing is the argument given by the officials of the lingerie company as to why they have decided not to renew Miranda and let her go as one of Victoria’s Secret stunning angels. Miranda does not sell! At least not, compared to the profit raked in by the company from the model’s fellow Angels, including Candice Swanepoel and Alessandra Ambrosio.

Other reports that came out claimed that Miranda’s three-year, $1-M contract was not renewed due to her “difficult reputation” that which cost her the glamorous job - - one that’s to die for especially for successful women, who has done so, while balancing time with other professional commitments and as a doting mother for 2-year old, Flynn.

All these reports have been vehemently denied by the management of the top of the line lingerie for women.

“Miranda Kerr is one of the best models in the history of the business – and easily one of the most popular. She is also a consummate professional. Any rumors to the contrary are simply untrue,” Ed Razek, President and Chief Marketing Officer at Victoria’s Secret was quoted as saying in a statement given to JustJared.com, according to The Huffington Post.

Razek’s statement however, has partly confirmed that the management has difficulties keeping Miranda in towe since the 29-year old model has been very busy jetting off accross countries for various commitments.

The VS official added, “ While her international commitments have kept her away from us more than we’d like over the past few years, she will always be an Angel to me.”

The Victoria’s Secret management underscored that it has no plans to cut ties with Miranda. The marketing official pointed out that Victoria’s Secret had outlined a standing agreement with Miranda for some of its future projects.

“We have no plans to stop working with her. In fact, I’ve already invited her to walk the runway in this year’s fashion show and, happily, she’s agreed," Razek affirmed in a statement.

Miranda is likely to appear in the company catalogue and the management emphasized that she didn’t have to be a full-time Angel for these occasional projects.

"They can still use her for catalogue, where she will get a day rate, but she doesn't have to be an Angel to do that," another source was quoted by Us Magazine in a separate report.

It looks like fans and women around the world who have been inspired by Miranda’s work will still see more of the Australian beauty.
