Denise Richards told the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services (DCFS) that Bob and Max repeatedly kicked her dogs and that it's Brooke Mueller's fault.

Sources say that the model and actress wrote a letter to DCFS stating that she will not care for Bob and Max anymore and that the twins are usually in a "zombie-like state" and torture her dogs.

Richards, who was married to Charlie Sheen, says Bob and Max would flip from petting the dogs in a sweet manner to strangling them. According to a source, Denise Richards told the DCFS that the children would lift the dogs off the ground, their hands on the dogs's necks.

Richards reportedly told Bob and Max that they are hurting the animals. According to the letter, the kids supposedly replied they wanted to kill the dogs.

In Denise Richards's letter, she indicates that the violence that the children are showing is not just against animals. The letter also states that her daughters are also targets of the twins.

The mother of three recounted in the letter that her daughters, Sam, Lola, and Eloise, have been kicked in the stomach and head by the boys. They were also reportedly strangled, scratched, slapped, punched, bit and spit on by the twins.

The model also described one incident where she blames Brooke Mueller for the children's conduct. After visiting Brooke, Bob caused an injury on Sam's face and that Denise Richards had to bring the girl to the doctor.

Denise also said that the two kids are problematic and that Bob slapped his teachers.

The twins also reportedly threw their own feces at one of her children.

According to a TMZ source, Denise Richards blames the bad conduct on Brooke Mueller based on her letter to the DCFS. Richards claims that the twins act out and have horrible nightmares after returning from their mother's home.

Denise Richards has temporary guardianship of Brooke Mueller's children while the latter deals with her substance abuse problems. Experts have reportedly advised Denise Richards to seek help for Bob and Max but the Mueller reportedly blocked the effort.
