"X-Factor" judge, Demi Lovato has decided to grace the cover of her fourth album, “DEMI” and she fearlessly tossed her top as she gets naked for her album artwork.

Smothered with nothing but silver glitters in her arms and those strategically placed over her chest, Demi looks hot in the cover of what she referred to as her “most soul-baring work.” The Latin Times wittingly put it as her “body-baring album artwork is symbolic of her intimate album.”

The Latina singer has taken to Twitter to provide her 12 million followers the first look of her fourth album and her most daring self, also giving them her glitter-filled cover for “DEMI.”

She tweeted: "This album, this is mine, my story."

The video began with static and chaos and clear image only followed with Demi’s declaration that this is “her album and her story.” Dying with excitement and anticipation, the fans expressed love for Demi’s music, not to mention her naked artwork on the album cover.

Demi has recently made the headlines for posting her make-up free self on Twitter, encouraging her fans to do the same.
