Salem residents are just starting to pick up the pieces after a devastating series of attacks, but their nightmare may not be over yet. On Thursday, “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”) delivers an episode that centres on a stunning news: one of the fugitives may not be dead as they believed. Followers of the long-running soap would remember that Orpheus (George DelHoyo) killed himself after being captured.

Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the Oct. 27 installment include Gabi (Camila Banus), JJ (Casey Moss), Eduardo (A Martinez), Kate (Lauren Koslow), Chad (Billy Flynn) and Andre (Thaoo Penghlis).

"Days Of Our Lives" soap recap

In the previous episode, Victor gathered his family for an important announcement. He told Justin, Sonny, Philip, Brady and Deimos that he’s retiring because he wants to spend more time with Maggie. He then signed papers that would hand over the reins of Titan to Deimos. An argument ensued and Philip ended up walking out. Victor ran after him and apologised, explaining that he’s only doing what’s best for the company. Later, Philip returned and said he’ll try to accept Victor’s decision.

Elsewhere, Hope met with Rafe, who arranged a romantic set-up for her. They spent precious time together – drinking wine, kissing, stargazing and talking about their dreams – blissfully unaware of what’s coming to them.
