'Days Of Our Lives' spoilers for Feb. 17: Heated custody battle begins; a furious Salemite stops a villain in his tracks

An emotionally charged episode awaits Salem City as “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”) ends the week. On Friday, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) and Chloe (Nadia Bjorlin) gear up for a full-fledged courtroom drama. The two feisty women are fighting over the custody baby Holly and things are expected to go ugly as the case proceeds.

“DOOL” fans will also see another mum having a fierce face-off with one of the town villains. Spoilers suggest that Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will experience the wrath of Adrienne (Judi Evans), after she makes a shocking discovery about her son. Other “Days Of Our Lives” characters who will figure prominently on the Feb. 17 run include Belle (Martha Madison), Justin (Wally Kurth), Paul (Christopher Sean) and Sonny (Freddie Smith).

"Days Of Our Lives" soap opera spoilers

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s run of “DOOL,” Nicole is rocked to her core when Belle makes a shocking announcement. Belle is representing Chloe in her custody battle against Nicole. The “Days Of Our Lives” website posted sneak peek photos of Nicole and Chloe in court.

The site also showed a photo of Paul, who is lying unconscious on the ground. He will be discovered by Adrienne, according to TV Guide. Adrienne is also in for quite a surprise when she discovers some stunning piece of information about Sonny. The feisty mum confronts Deimos, who refuses to say anything about the latest spate of violence. Spoilers suggest that Adrienne completely loses it and attacks Deimos out of rage.

In the previous episode, Sonny marches to the Kiriakis mansion to see Deimos but instead walked in on Justin. Sony informed his dad that Deimos almost killed Dario (Jordi Vilasuso) and Andre (Thaoo Penghlis), as well as kidnapped Gabi (Camila Banus) and Chad (Billy Flynn). Sonny said he’s there to deal with Deimos and Justin reluctantly gave his go-signal.

Meanwhile, at TBD, Steve (Stephen Nichols) and Kayla’s (Mary Beth Evans) loved ones gathered to witness the couple remarry. The lovebirds exchanged personal vows, put on their respective rings and was soon pronounced as husband and wife. Everyone cheered on as Steve and Kayla celebrated their love. Elsewhere, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves) stayed at the Salem Inn while Drew (Charles Shaughnessy) tried to install a virus in the Kiriakis laptop. Later, she went to TBD to join the wedding reception. Adrienne pulled her aside and wondered if they should inform Shane (Charles Shaughnessy) about his twin, but Jennifer said Drew didn’t want his brother to know.
