"Days Of Our Lives" soap recap

In the previous episode, Rafe told everyone that Hope’s conviction has been reversed, much to the delight of her loved ones. Elsewhere, Hope also read the police’s statement and shared the good news with Eric (Greg Vaughan). “I've been exonerated. I didn't kill him,” she cried. Eric said he’s happy for her but when Hope invited him to go back to Salem, he snapped and said told her that he’s not going home. Later, Hope headed back to the city while Eric wrote a letter.

At the police station, Rafe was telling Ciara (Vivian Jovanni) and Shawn (Brandon Beemer) that their mum is free when Hope suddenly arrived. She hugged her kids, looked for Rafe and gave him a big embrace too. After, she gave her statement to Lt Raines (Aaron D Spears), recounting how her friends in jail helped her get out without her knowledge. Andre showed up and asked to talk to Hope alone. He told her the deal was off but changed his mind when she blackmailed him about stealing millions of dollars from a bank.

Meanwhile, Kayla and Steve’s wedding ceremony was about to begin when their daughter Stephanie (Shelley Hennig) walked in, all the way from Seattle. Joey (James Lastovic) also showed up in time for his parents' big day and he updated them about his life with Jade. Later, Rafe arrived with Hope, eliciting cheers from everyone.
