Big revelations and surprising twists hound the upcoming episode of “Days Of Our Lives” (“DOOL”). On Wednesday, Nicole (Arianne Zucker) heads home after a business trip in Europe and wastes no time being with Deimos (Vincent Irizarry). Spoilers hint that things will be hot and heavy between the two, but they’d soon have to face the music about Chloe’s (Nadia Bjorlin) pregnancy.

In relation to that issue, Philip (John-Paul Lavoisier) struggles to keep a big secret about the baby. To get the weight off his chest, he decides to confide in on Chloe’s mum, Nancy (Patrika Darbo). Other “Days Of Our Lives” cast members who will figure prominently on the Dec. 7 installment include Adrienne (Judi Evans), Justin (Wally Kurth), Sonny (Freddie Smith), Lucas (Bryan Dattilo), Abby (Marci Miller) and Dario (Jordi Vilasuso).

TV Guide reports that on Wednesday’s run of “DOOL,” Justin and Sonny talk about Adrienne’s health condition. Adrienne, on the other hand, receives unexpected help. Meanwhile, Nicole arrives in Salem and gets back into Deimos’ arms. Elsewhere, Philip comes clean to Nancy.

In the previous episode, Chad went to St Luke’s and told the priest that loving Abigail is becoming a thing of the past. The priest reckoned that Chad’s going through the different stages of grief. Chad said a part of him doesn't want to believe she's gone. At the Horton’s, JJ assured Abby that there's nothing going on between Chad and Gabi. Later, Andre arrived to update her about his brother and Gabi, promising to stop any budding romance. Andre then hugged Abby, saying that it’s time for her to reunite with her husband. Elsewhere, JJ met with Gabi, who informed him that she quit her job with Chad.

Elsewhere, Steve found Adrienne, who went missing for a while. He told her that everyone’s worried about her. He brought her home, where Sonny, Justin and Lucas were waiting. She apologised for leaving without telling anyone, then announced that she’s ready to hear the test results. Kayla revealed that Adrienne is diagnosed with breast cancer, leaving everyone devastated.
