In the April 18 to 22 week of “Days of Our Lives” ("DOOL"), Andre (Thaao Penghlis) will threaten Hope (Kristian Alfonso) that he will come after her and Rafe when he gets out of jail. JJ (Casey Moss) will also start worrying about her mom, Jennifer (Melissa Reeves).

On Monday, April 18, Andre will contact Hope from prison. He will warn her that as soon as he is out of jail, he will go after her and Rafe (Galen Gering).

She Knows Soaps writes that on Tuesday, Deimos (Vincent Irizarry) will offer Kate (Lauren Koslow) something that she will find very hard to refuse.

On Wednesday’s episode, Summer (Marie Wilson) will start to find some things in common with Brady (Eric Martsolf). However, she will still be thinking about issues with Maggie (Suzanne Rogers).

On Thursday, JJ will be concerned about his mom’s drug addiction.

On Friday’s episode, Fynn (Alexander Bruszt) will offer some medical help to Kayla (Mary Beth Evans) after she faints. He will caution her not to overwork herself and to learn how to relax more.

Ciara (Vivian Jovanni), Claire (Olivia Rose Keegan), Henry (Zak Henri) and Theo (Kyler Pettis) will take care of the decorations for the prom at “Edge of the Square.”

TVInsider reveals that in future “Days of Our Lives,” episodes, one story will entirely focus on Jennifer’s drug addiction. Melissa Reeves, who plays Jennifer Horton, said that the scenes will only show Jack (Matthew Ashford) and Jennifer.

“No one else sees him, so he’s either a ghost or she wants to see Jack so much that it’s all in her mind. He shows up and talks her through things when she’s at her worst and it’s pretty wonderful,” Reeves said.

In the meantime, four characters are set to exit the show soon. Shawn D (Brandon Beemer), Lani (Sal Stowers), Summer (Marie Wilson) and Belle (Martha Madison) have been confirmed to leave the soap. One character will also leave in the summer, while two others were notified to be axed from the show. Also, a big storyline is being developed, with several familiar faces returning.
