David Foster and reality star Yolanda Foster have decided to part ways after four years of marriage. According to the former couple, they both did their best to try to save their marriage but figured that it is just the end of the line for them.

In an interview with US Weekly, Yolanda said, “We are grateful for the years we've spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best. I hope that we can pave the road ahead of us with all we've learned and with the love and respect we will always have for one another.”

According to US Weekly’s sources, David’s busy schedule and Yolanda’s battle with Lyme disease was the reason for the split.

In a statement to People magazine, the former couple said, "Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways. We've shared nine beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues."

Meanwhile, David and Yolanda’s Malibu mansion is now on the market. On her Instagram account, Yolanda posted a picture of herself and David by their house’s pool at Sunset and wrote, “Beautiful ending to a beautiful chapter of our life.”

Yolanda was previously married to Mohamed Hadid, while David's former wives are B.J. Cook, Rebecca Dyer and Linda Thompson. Together, the couple has eight children, including Gigi, 20, Bella, 19 and Anwar, 16, from Yolanda’s previous marriage and five from David’s side.

David is a 16-time Grammy award-winning songwriter and record producer, while Yolanda used to be a model and interior designer prior to her marriage to David. Yolanda can be seen on the reality TV series “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.”

On Nov. 11, 2011, Yolanda married David in an 11/11/11 themed ceremony in California.
