“Dancing With The Stars,” or "DWTS," pro Witney Carson is engaged. The 21-year-old announced the news on Instagram on Saturday, Oct. 3.

Carson's longtime boyfriend, Carson Mcallister, popped the question over the weekend on the beach with a custom-designed ring. Carson’s new bling is a rose gold band and features a 2-carat Rocky Mountain diamond and halo, People reports. Carson showed off the stunning sparkler in the couple’s engagement shots.

“My high school sweetheart popped the question last night in the most perfect, beautiful way. He was waiting for me on the beach surrounded by candles,” Carson said in an interview with People. She added that they danced till the sun went down, and then Mcallister knelt down on one knee and asked her to marry him.

The Instagram picture shows Carson in an earthy white floral dress for the special barefoot moment in the sand with her fiancé. Carson’s dress had purple and brown flowers and three-quarter sleeves. The picture shows the "DWTS" pro in the arms of her man on the beach with a bridge-like structure in the background.

The star also shared another picture from the pair’s intimate engagement moment hours later on her Instagram page. The black and white image shows the blonde looking into the eyes of her man, both of them sporting huge smiles.

Emma Slater, Carson's fellow "DWTS" pro, congratulated the couple. Allison Holker also shared a picture with Carson on Instagram, which shows the latter flaunting her new bling. The newly engaged star was all smiles for the camera.

Mcallister, 23, met teenage Carson in their Utah hometown, and the couple has been together for four years. Carson appeared on Season 9 of “So You Think You Can Dance” and was first promoted to "DWTS" as a pro in 2014 after starting off in the troupe. She later nabbed the Season 19 title with partner Alfonso Ribeiro.
