Bobbi Kristina Brown remains on life support at a Georgia hospital, worrying her friends and family. Her cousin Jerod Brown in particular, expressed his worries through a new song and a music video, posted on his YouTube channel on Sunday, after he defended Nick Gordon against ridicule and suspicion that he has something to do with Bobbi's condition.

Jerod Brown used his YouTube channel to ask people to pray for Bobbi K by posting a video of a song calling for prayers. The song featured on the video included lyrics penned by Jerod himself. The video, directed by Shawn King, features Jerod rapping out heartfelt lyrics. "I never thought that it would come to this/ Speaking on behalf of my cousin Kris," he raps, all the while wearing a white T-shirt with the statement, "#PRAYFORBK" printed the three-minute video. "While she's alive/ I'm praying to the skies/ and for that I don't need your permission," he continues.

Jerod, who labels himself as YF Kennedy on YouTube, also mentioned noteworthy celebrities such as Nancy Grace, Missy Elliott and Mariah Carey, thanking them for providing him "the platform to get the world to pray." The video quickly went viral after it was posted, with Leolah Brown, Bobbi Kristina’s aunt who has been quite vocal about her niece’s condition ever since the accident, showing support. Leolah tweeted this video and said Bobbi Kristina would have been so proud of the video had she been awake to witness it.

While Jerod is worried about his cousin’s health as the rest of the family, he is also worried about Bobbi’s alleged boyfriend Nick Gordon’s current state, amid insinuations that Nick has something to do with the current dire conditions of Whitney Houston’s daughter. Aunt Leolah for one, posted a lengthy Facebook message stating that there was a foul play happened leading to the accident and saying Nick was behind it all.

Jerod however, released a statement, also through Facebook, saying people should stop ridiculing and accusing Nick because there is no evidence of him doing anything wrong towards Bobbi. He added that Nick has been nothing but cooperative throughout the investigation and there is no cause to implicate him. He also stated that Nick was the reason why Bobbi is still alive today, because he was the one who administered the CPR the moment he found her on the bathtub unconscious.
