Couple News: Jennifer Lopez Says No to Pre-Nup as Proof of Her Love for Casper Smart [PHOTOS]
Jennifer Lopez and her relationship with younger boyfriend Casper Smart has been criticized in the past as a rebound after her failed marriage with singer Marc Anthony. However, the Latina actress-singer is reportedly ready to exchange vows again with no prenuptial agreement signed to prove that their love is real.
OK! Magazine reports the 43-year-old "Dance Again" singer is head-over-heels in-love with the 26-year-old back-up dancer that when the couple decide to marry, a prenup will not be necessary. "Jennifer insists that their love is real, just like she did with the first three husbands, and to prove to herself she's refusing to have her lawyers draft a prenup," an unnamed source revealed.
The magazine further claimed that the successful singer wants everyone to know that her love for Casper Smart is not really about the money or a rebound romance but true love. "It sounds silly but it's her way of convincing herself, her exes and the world that Casper is not just a rebound like some critics claim. Making their love about love, not money, is Jennifer's only way to say to herself that Casper is a 'til death do us part' kind of guy," the source added.
Furthermore, In Touch magazine reported Jennifer and Casper are now spending more time apart indicating that there is trouble in paradise but Jennifer's representative was quick to deny the split rumors. The magazine report reads: "They are spending a lot more time apart and people are wondering if they broke up when Lopez recently did a photo shoot for Viva Movil smart phones and Casper Smart was not around."
Aside from Jennifer's readiness to tie the knot again, the actress appears to be ready to have kids as well. ''She's scared that time isn't on her side with regards to her age. But she's hoping that with fertility treatments she'll be pregnant in the next couple of month," another source shared to Star magazine.
Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have been dating for over a year now. The actress, who has been married three times already, is a devoted mum to twins Max and Emme with her ex-husband Marc Anthony.
