Nina Dobrev received the good news about Kayla's successful operation and immediately expressed her feeling on the social networking site "Twitter."

"Ps. I'm an organ donor! Everyone should be! You can save someone's life. I am grateful to Kayla's fearless hero," Nina further posted on her Twitter account. Nina's boyfriend, Ian, was also fast in expressing his delight upon hearing the news that Kayla successfully received a new lung.

The adorable couple continues to charm their millions of fans as they asked for some Kayla well-wishing messages. "I'd like to ask everyone who reads this to send out positive energy to @Kayla_0507 tonight. Just take one moment of your time. Think of her and put it out there in the universe. Think happy thoughts," the 24-year-old beauty wrote on Wednesday.

Ian's Twitter message to the fans read: "Support @Kayla_0507 & her dream to run w/ the Run aLung - it takes place May 11 in Cambridge on Bob McMullen trail! http://runalung.ca."
