Meanwhile, Haynes opened up in December 2015 via Twitter about struggling with anxiety since he was a kid after sharing an article that links anxiety and social status. Haynes, who portrayed Roy Harper/Arsenal in the CW TV series “Arrow,” revealed through a series of posts on his Twitter account @ColtonLHaynes that he has been hospitalized numerous times due to anxiety.

Haynes further shared that the struggle with anxiety made him quit jobs and be flaked on social events, family gatherings, birthday celebrations and important movie or work tests. Haynes explained that anxiety is not a case of “being dramatic” so he asked people to show love and support to those who are suffering the disorder because it is a life-long struggle.
