Chinese company Tencent has acquired Supercell for US$8.6B. Supercell

Since “Clash of Clans” was launched in 2012, it quickly became one of the most-played mobile games on the Internet. In fact, until “Pokemon GO” was launched, the game gained users at an exceptional rate. Now, Supercell is looking forward to boosting the gameplay and is reportedly bringing in a lot of changes to the game via updates.

Supercell’s attempt to balance the game through different updates has been successful and players are eagerly awaiting the next big update that is rumoured to have a big impact on the game. The “Clash of Clans” update is highly-anticipated mid-October with many believing it to be released on Oct. 14, writes GameNGuide.

As per Supercell’s “Clash of Clans” game forum, a player asked on Oct. 11 if the update was arriving that day. Supercell team member Anoushka said that the “Clash of Clans” update will roll out in a couple of days. This means the update can be launched anytime now. Supercell is reportedly fixing little details in the update and is almost ready to launch.

Majority of the “Clash of Clans” October update is focused on Town Hall 10 and 11. The maximum level of wizards is now upgraded to Level 7 and the hit point of Level 6 wizards has increased slightly. Tesla’s 2X damage on P.E.K.K.A will be neutralised a bit. Level 6 wizards will be available at Town Hall 10.

“Clash of Clans” Level 6 dragons will be introduced at Town Hall 11 and baby dragons may be upgraded to Level 5. Level 8 and 9 mortar damage has been increased. One skeleton spell can make 26 skeletons spawn and the clone spell will now last long on battlefield. There are different defence units and troops that are allowed to upgrade on discounts.

In order to keep the defence steady, 25 additional wall pieces have been added to Town Hall 11. The Bomb Tower has been introduced and made available at Town Hall 8. Mortars have been upgraded to Level 10, Hidden Tesla to Level 9 and X-Bow to Level 5.
