Coldplay's frontman Chris Martin is a hot topic today with reports that he is quietly dating Hollywood's sweetheart, Jennifer Lawrence, after his "conscious uncoupling" with Gwyneth Paltrow. A complete opposite of the "Iron Man" actress, Lawrence recently announced her breakup from "X-Men" costar Nicholas Hoult, her boyfriend since 2011.

E! News broke the news that the singer and the "Hunger Games" actress were seeing each other, based on the confirmation of multiple sources. Separated from Paltrow after 10 years of marriage, the "Yellow" singer announced his separation in March but maintained his close relationship with the actress and still living together at their Brentwood home in June.

Not like his clean-living ex-wife, the 24-year-old pizza-eating actress was posted having a deep conversation with Martin in late June at the after party for Coldplay's Royal Albert Hall gig in London. The controversial pair was spotted again in New York when the actress attended the band's concert and was given a special shout-out by the rockstar.

"Lawrence was recently spotted at the Coldplay singer's concert in New York City, where multiple eyewitnesses say she got a special shout-out from the stage," Us Weekly reports. "Martin, 37 - who consciously uncoupled from Paltrow this spring - made a Hunger Games reference during the show, and then appeared to blow a kiss in the Oscar winner's direction. (She and some pals were seated in an upstairs VIP booth overlooking the stage.)"

Earned her first Oscar at a young age, Jennifer is a younger version of Gwyneth as they both won for Weinstein movies - "Shakespeare in Love" for Paltrow and "Silver Linings Playbook" for Lawrence. At the age of 24, Paltrow was engaged to actor Brad Pitt and did films like "Sliding Doors" and "Great Expectations," while Lawrence at the age of 24 was hailed as the second-youngest Best Actress winner at the Oscars, and received her third Academy Award nomination for Best Supporting Actress.

Just last year, the 41-year-old star was named "Most Beautiful Woman" by People Magazine while Jennifer reprised the role as Mystique in "X-Men: Days of Future Past." Known for her role as Katniss Everdeen in "The Hunger Games" film series, Lawrence topped the list of Forbes's Most Powerful Actresses in 2014 and was ranked No. 12 in the list of Celebrity 100.

Representatives of Chris Martin and Jennifer Lawrence are yet to comment about their budding romance based on the reports of E! News.
