ABC's "Castle" Season 7, Episode 6, titled "The Time Of Our Lives," delivered the much-awaited Caskett wedding, in a mix of great, good, bad, and blah. Stana Katic goes on Twitter to engage the fans, and new showrunner David Amann teases what happens next - the honeymoon of Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion) and Kate Beckett (Katic).

Spoiler alert: This review recaps the highlights of Castle Season 7, Episode 6. Read at your own risk if you have not watched the episode.

"Allright, babies. That's ur happy ending for the evening. Sleep tight & sweet dreams!" Stana Katic tweeted after Castle 7x06 aired. The tweet came with a lovely photo of the newlyweds. As bonus, Stana also posted -- as promised -- photos of fans who dressed up for the wedding.

What's great about the Caskett wedding? The ceremony itself, the vows, and the complex simplicity that makes the Caskett relationship work. It was a no-fuss event, but a complex history took them there. Tough decisions were made: blood family only. "Always" was in the vows. (Beautiful job, courtesy of Terri Edda Miller.)

What are the "good" highlights of Castle Season 7, Episode 6? Stana Katic's Beckett skips the traditional wedding dress and suited up in such a Beckett-esque fashion. As Beckett said, the Caskett wedding is "perfect." The conversation between Rick and his daughter Alexis on how everything one does matters is a sweet touch, too.

What's bad about this week's episode? The whole paranormal, mystic sub-plot on an Incan artifact is too much to take. It may have been a dream, but it went too far in the details. Castle Season 7, Episode 6 brings to mind "Time Will Tell" (Castle 6x5) because it also pulled an "X-Files," but in a more convincing presentation.

The scenes from the moment that Beckett shows up shortly before Castle dies for her are all pretty "blah." Things get rushed and messed up in the end. But after that, the Caskett re-proposal unfolds, and the wedding happens for real, so all is forgiven and celebrated in Castle Season 7, Episode 6.

Overall, what a Caskett shipper would remember is that the wedding was wonderful. For viewers who do not care about the love story or rom com within the NYPD procedural dramedy, might find the episode a bit off. For the sci-fi fans of Firefly's Mal Reynolds, though, the special deserved a nod.

Now, what happens next to crime novelist Rick Castle and his muse, Detective Kate Beckett?

"In the course of Castle's disappearance, Beckett burned off all her vacation days," Amann told TV Guide, adding the honeymoon is not likely to happen soon, but "Castle sees this as a golden opportunity to kill two birds with one stone by solving a case and taking a honeymoon."

In next week's new episode, Castle Season 7, Episode 7, viewers will see how Rick and Beckett will spend their honeymoon.
