"Castle" Season 7, Episode 6, titled "The Time of Our Lives," airs Monday, Nov. 10, on ABC. There is no new episode this week, as shipping fans of Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion get ready for the Caskett wedding this November.

Spoiler alert: This update contains Castle Season 7 spoilers. Read at your own risk if you have not watched the previous episodes or seen the promo videos.

Castle Season 7, Episode 6 ("Meme is Murder") is a very strong episode, one of the show's most relevant offerings in a while. On top of that, everything seems back to normal for Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) and Rick Castle (Nathan Fillion). Viewers could expect they are not done looking for answers, but they are also not going to let go of each other.

If there were doubts against the abilities of producer David Amann to run Castle at least as effectively as its creator Andrew W. Marlowe, those doubts are probably completely gone by now. Castle Season 7 is proving to be a lot like the previous chapters -- fun procedural and dramedy series that viewers look forward to watching every week.

This week, however, Castle Season 7 takes break. After its social media and technology commentary a week ago, the show hits pause. But when Castle comes back, the Caskett wedding is on. The official synopsis on Castle 7x6 goes:

"A murder investigation launches Castle into what seems to be an alternate universe where he's never met Kate Beckett. Castle has to convince Beckett, Esposito (Jon Huertas) and Ryan (Seamus Dever) - now complete strangers - to let him participate in their investigation so he can find his way back to his own world."

Avid viewers of the series could only speculate as to why Castle Season 7 would be showing an alternate universe, another seemingly sci-fi element, when the "invisible man" episode aired merely three weeks ago. Perhaps most of it would be just in Castle's vivid imagination. The good news is, it leads to the much-awaited wedding.

Scott Paulin reprises his role as Kate's dad, Jim Beckett, in Castle Season 7, Episode 6. This episode was written by Marlowe's wife, Terri Edda Miller, and directed by Paul Holahan. When Andrew or Terri takes charge of the script, fans could expect something very significant to unfold. In this case, it's the Caskett wedding.
