Castle Season 6, Episode 5 ("Time Will Tell") is arguably the best episode so far in the ABC romance dramedy's sixth season. Stana Katic and Nathan Fillion are back in New York as NYPD Det. Kate Beckett and bestselling author Rick Castle. They get a visit from someone like "Dr Who," which is apparently familiar to Espo. This is no straight TARDIS-boarding Time Lord, though. To begin with, he reveals Kate Beckett will be a senator and she'll have three kids with Rick.

A photo in the slideshow (uploaded by Stana Katic to her Twitter account) could make fans worry about the Caskett future. But before that, props must be given to Joshua Gomez for his fantastic portrayal of a time travelling, world saving, quirky hero.

Joshua Gomez, more popular to "Chuck" viewers as Morgan Grimes, gives Rick Castle some serious dose of Sci-Fi fix in "Time Will Tell." His character, Simon Doyle, is inspired by the BBC series "Dr Who."

Evidently, Gomez' guesting is well-received by Castle fans. The brilliant actor tweets:

Wow. Overwhelmed by the response to tonight's #Castle episode. Glad you enjoyed it east coast (and Canada)!

Normally for Castle, Stana Katic's Kate Beckett would give Rick and the viewers solid proof that there's a logical explanation for everything. Toward the end of Castle Season 6, Episode 5, however, Beckett sees something that gives credence to time travelling.

The manner by which the series ends intrigues the audience. It also brings back the memory of another guest character pointing out to Beckett that she'd wind up with someone who's middle name begins with "A." At the time, Beckett didn't know Castle's full birth name is Richard Alexander Rodgers - not Richard Edgar, as she had known. The Caskett engagement has drawn a complete circle to the "A" prediction.

Now the pseudo Dr Who is saying that Kate Beckett will be a senator in the future. Beckett says she's a president in her fantasy. But the self-pronounced time traveller insists she will be a senator. But wait, there's more. Kate and Castle will have three children. And Rick will shift to "serious literature" from mystery novels. (No more Nikki Heat.)

It must be said that Castle series creator Andrew Marlowe wrote this peek-into-the-Caskett-future episode with his wife, Terri Miller. (Hints to fans?) The episode was directed by Rob Bowman, the same guy in Stana Katic's "bloody picture" above.

The mere mention of "senator" in Castle Season 6 foreshadows the return of Beckett's nemesis, Senator William Bracken (Jack Coleman). Earlier spoilers have revealed the dark senator is returning this season, presumably to give Beckett a chance to "collect." She has, after all, saved his life despite his role in her mom's murder.

On Twitter, Stana Katic teases Castle fans with one bloody image. Fans fear Caskett would figure in another life-threatening situation ahead of their wedding.
