Anthony Mackie, a cast member of "Captain America: Civil War," compared the storyline of the upcoming movie with that of "Avengers" franchise. He will be reprising his role as Sam Wilson a.k.a. Falcon in the upcoming movie.

Anthony Mackie is currently promoting his movie "Black or White." The actor spoke to ComicBook about what fans can expect from "Captain America: Civil War." The actor reportedly described the upcoming Marvel movie as "everything you can imagine."

The actor also said that the upcoming movie will be bigger than "Captain America: The Winter Solider" as well as the first "Avengers" movie that became a big box office success in 2012. The storyline of the upcoming movie may also have an impact on the 2018 "Avengers" movie.

According to the report, Anthony Mackie said that "Captain America 2" was "Avengers 1.5" and went on to say that "Captain America 3" will be "Avengers 3.8." "Avengers: Age of Ultron" is slated to be released in May 2015, but there has been no official confirmation yet that the character Falcon will be featuring in that movie.

"Captain America: Civil War" will pick up the storyline right after the events of "Avengers: Age of Ultron." The plot of the movie revolves around the government realising that superhero activity cannot be left unregulated, as it may have negative consequences on the world. A new law proposed by the government will become a bone of contention between two superheroes and their respective factions.

Tony Stark and Steve Rogers will emerge as the champions of their respective factions. Tony Stark will be in favour of supporting the new superhero registration act by the government, while Steve Rogers will oppose the idea. However, the superheroes are part of the "Avengers" initiative and will have to take on a bigger enemy in the 2018 movie.

"Avengers: Infinity War - Part 1" will be featuring the mad titan Thanos and his infinity gauntlet. A broken alliance of the superheroes may be insufficient to take on such a powerful adversary in the 2018 movie.

Fans of the franchise are eagerly waiting for "Captain America: Civil War." The possibility of one of the major characters dying in the movie has gotten many of the fans anxious. Some of the returning characters in the movie include Black Widow and Bucky Barnes. The movie will also introduce a new character called Black Panther.
