Fashion display runs overflowing at the Opening day of the 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival as celebrities from various countries flock to the Palais des Festivals et des Congres, Cannes, French Riviera in South France.

The two-week event kicked off with the showing of "Grace of Monaco" as invited guests converge together to celebrate film and fashion.

French actress Audrey Tautou appeared for the screening of "Grace of Monaco" in a long-sleeve monochrome Prada paired with a pointed blue heels. Hollywood actress Mallika Sherawat also graced the movie screening in a stunning blue Emilio Pucci gown.

Grace of Monaco star Nicole Kidman appeared at the morning photo call in a white Joseph Altuzarra shift dress but fashion press noticed her slightly puffy appearance instead. Although, she managed to won some fashion critics in the red carpet with her regal Armani Prive gown with fragile princess layers and elaborated chainmail style bodice.

Supermodel Klarlie Kloss arrived at the red carpet in a two-toned lace Valentino gown paired with Chopard jewels which made her look like she just came out from her Victoria Secret commercial. Hollywood actress Zoe Saldana was spotted at the red carpet in a sleeveless plain white Victoria Becham gown.

Hollywood actress Jane Fonda stepped into the red carpet in a body-hugging burgundy Eli Saab gown while French actress and model Laetitia Casta showcases her slender frame at the red carpet in a strapless white Christian Dior couture.

French actress Alice Taglioni attended the red carpet in a gray Armani Prive gown while another French actress Adele Exarchopoulos arrived wearing a black and white Louis Vitton gown. Chinese actress Zhang Ziyi shows off her log train in a glamorous black and white Stephanie Rolland gown paired with Bochic clutch bag and Chopard accessories. Japanese actress Masami Nagasawa stepped into the red carpet in a cleavage-revealing black spaghetti gown.

The most stunning of all, L'Oreal Paris Ambassador Blake Lively won the red carpet on the opening day with her sexy slit burgundy Gucci gown.

More fashion displays are expected in the coming days as the annual festival progress.
