Despite the visible cosmetic changes that landed former Olympic decathlon champion Bruce Jenner – now known as Caitlyn Jenner – a Vanity Fair cover, she is not yet 100 percent a woman. The stepfather of reality star Kim Kardashian reportedly still has not yet had her male genital chopped off.

New York Post’s Richard Johnson says that Caitlyn still has a penis, citing sources. The reason behind this is surgeons advise patients undergoing gender reassignment procedure to wait for one year before they go through genital reconstruction. The one-year waiting period would be a good time for such patients to make a final decision if they really want to become a full woman.

During this period of waiting, Johnson said Jenner could hide his male bulge by tucking his penis in like the way many drag queens do when wearing bathing suits, tangas or lingerie. It would not be difficult for Caitlyn to do that because she has been taking hormones that cause the male genital to shrink.

In the event that the one-year recommended period ends and Caitlyn pushes ahead with genital reconstruction, a new vagina would be created by folding in his scrotum or using a skin piece from his colon, according to a plastic surgeon. The surgeon added that everything that Jenner has done so far is reversible should she change her mind and revert back to Bruce. It includes his penis reverting to its old size if she would stop her hormone therapy.

Meanwhile, another reversion could happen to Jenner as more people sign an online petition that asks the International Olympic Committee, or IOC, to strip the former Bruce Jenner of his gold medals in the 1976 Montreal Olympics after his revelation in the Vanity Fair article the she always believed she was a female. The petition has so far 9,000 signatures, reports The Telegraph.

The petition said that Jenner breached IOC rules and she “cheated her way to the gold.” The petition was authored by Jennifer Bradford from Texas who wrote, “It is only fair to all involved that women receive their credit as champions of the decathlon and that the men racing against Ms Jenner are not expected to compete with a superior, streamlined being such as herself.” But many netizens were angered by the petition which led to the use of the hashtag #dontgivebackthegold.”
