Singer Bruno Mars recently appeared on "The Ellen DeGeneres Show" and was a treat to watch. The 28-year-old American crooner played the famous Ellen prank on one of the nurses at a clinic. Bruno was to act as if he is suffering from a sore throat but instead engages in a funny dialogue with the nurse. The comic video has gone viral now. Bruno was asked to speak irrelevant stuff guided by Ellen on the earpiece, and the whole episode turned out to be really hilarious.

The "Gorilla" singer also talked about his energetic and mind-blowing Super Bowl performance. The singer also got the audience awestruck with his inspiring speech about following your dream at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show." The singer ridiculed the so-called commercial musicians of today who are focusing more on coming out with their own perfumes and remaining more in the news than the music.

"Any young, aspiring musicians out there, if music is what you want to do, if music is what you love and your passion. It doesn't take a fragrance, its not about the tabloids, it's about you putting in the work, practicing everyday, practicing your vocals, practicing your instrument, practicing songwriting," the singer told the audience.

"Hopefully one day you write the song the whole world wants to get down to and I promise you, I promise you one day you're going to have your moment to shine and you're going to have a lot of people saying that you can't do it and you're not good enough," Bruno said further.

The "Unorthodox Jukebox" singer also asked the aspiring musicians to follow their dream with passion and put their "heart and soul into it," if they want to be as successful as he is.

The singer was recently spotted wearing a Levi's custom-made denim jacket and a Mickey Mouse t-shirt as he strolled with his girlfriend Jessica Caban on Tuesday in Los Angeles. Bruno wore the same denim jacket at "The Ellen DeGeneres Show," too, and entertained the audience with his sense of humour.
