Reality star Scott Disick has been struggling with sobriety for years. His struggle has played out on TV in “Keeping Up With the Kardashians,” and this week, he faces major temptation in the form of Brody Jenner. Kourtney Kardashian’s stepbrother orders a drink for Scott even though he knows that he’s been trying hard not to drink.

Scott had a major incident last summer when he ended up in the hospital after a night of too much partying. This prompted him to take his alcohol and substance abuse problems more seriously. Scott did a short stint in rehab where he took the time to think about his priorities and his health. Since returning from rehab, Scott has been trying to mend his relationship with his girlfriend Kourtney. Kourtney kicked him out of the house and seriously contemplated leaving him if he didn’t clean up his act.

While in The Hamptons for the summer, Khloe Kardashian kept an eye out for Scott because Kourtney couldn’t deal with him anymore. This time around, Khloe is doing the same thing by watching him like a hawk when he went to Canada for an appearance. In a video clip shared by E Online, Khloe sees her presence as a deterrent to Scott going out of control when Brody was being careless.

Scott got booked to host a Halloween party in Canada last year, and luckily, Khloe was invited to co-host the show with him. Another member of the family, Brody Jenner, was also at the event working as a DJ. Just before the party, Khloe, Scott and Brody met up for dinner. They were already dressed up in their Halloween costumes and Brody seemed eager to party. He started ordering shots for everyone at the table, but Scott politely raised his hand to refuse.

Khloe said that she hoped her presence there will stop Scott from losing control. Meanwhile, Scott admits that he finds it hard to be surrounded by people who are partying and getting drunk. However, he manages to turn down the drink that was sitting in front of him at the table. Scott had a milestone that day but is still in an ongoing struggle against alcoholism and substance abuse. Just last week, he reportedly entered a rehab facility in Costa Rica, which offers a revolutionary new treatment.
