Brad Pitt has revealed that he and Shia LaBeouf had almost come to blows with Scott Eastwood on the set of “Fury.”

In an interview with British GQ magazine, Angelina Jolie’s husband recalled a time when he almost started a fight with Clint Eastwood’s 28-year-old son. And it wasn’t even Scott’s fault!

“We were driving down the road, I’m in the turret, Shia is at the other turret, and Scott is on the back, spitting juice,” Brad told the magazine. “And I’m starting to get pissed off, I’m starting to get hot because this is our home, he’s disrespecting our home, you know?

“So i Said, in the scene with the cameras rolling, ‘Your going to clean that ---- up.”

Shia chimed in when he saw the A-list star getting angry.

“Shia saw it and felt the same – he’s disrespecting our home. So Shia had the same reaction I did and started having some words.”

Brad realised he had to diffuse the situation. He then explained to Scott why they were getting angry.

“The funny thing is, when we got home at the end of the day and read the script, it said Scotty’s character is ‘chewing tobacco and spitting it on the back of the tank.’ He was just doing as instructed in the script! So we were the knobs in the end...”

The father of six also has great things to say about his co-star Shia, who has acquired quite a difficult reputation.

“Oh, I love this boy,” Brad said of Shia. “He’s one of the best actors I’ve ever seen. He’s full-on commitment, man. He’s living it like no one else, let me tell you. I’ve been fortunate to work with a lot of great actors. He’s one of the best I’ve seen.”

In “Fury,” Brad plays U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Don “Wardaddy” Collier, who leads his battle-weary soldiers as they make their way to Nazi Germany.

Logan Lerman, Jon Bernthal, Jason Isaacs, Steven Price and Michael Peña join the cast. The film opens on October 17 in the U.S.
