'The Bold Type' Season 1 episode 3 spoilers: Kat becomes a victim of Internet trolls in 'The Woman Behind the Clothes' [VIDEO]

"The Bold Type" cast which includes Aisha Dee as Kat Edison, Katie Stevens as Jane Sloan, Meghann Fahy as Sutton Brady, Melora Hardin as Jacqueline Carlyle, Matt Ward as Alex and Nikohl Boosheri as Adena El-Amin, will have a new episode titled "The Woman Behind the Clothes," which airs on Freeform on July 18 at 9-10 pm. It will feature Kat being victimised by Internet trolls. Read on to learn more about the said episode.

"The Bold Type" Season 1, episode 3 will show Kat standing up for gender inequality, according to a Freeform press release. Unfortunately, this will make her a victim of Internet trolling. Meanwhile, Jane will work on a story about a congresswoman. However, she will decide to use a different angle to make sure that her voice is heard. As for Sutton, she thinks that she has finally found her dream job. The thing is, she's worried that she doesn't have what it takes to make it work.

According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), this episode was directed by Tara Nicole Weyr and written by Justin W. Lo. Guest stars of this episode include Kim Nelson and Stephen Conrad Moore.

'The Bold Type' episodes: 'O Hell No' and 'If You Can't Do It With Feeling'

The episodes before "The Woman Behind the Clothes" are the Pilot (air date: June 20), which was written by Sarah Watson and directed by David Colden and "O Hell No," which airs on Tuesday, July 11. It was directed by Victor Nelli Jr and Sarah Watson.

The "Bold Type" premiere episode featured the introduction of the Scarlet Magazine girls led by editor in chief Jacqueline. Jane gets her first big assignment but it's not what she expected it to be. Meanwhile, Sutton feels left behind by her best friends. However, she shocks them with her affair with the magazine's lawyer, Richard (Sam Page). As for Kat, she tried to convince Adena, the magazine's photographer, to let Scarlet tell her story.

"O Hell No" will feature Jane being assigned to write Scarlet Magazine's sex column. However, things will get embarrassing when the story starts to become personal. As for Sutton, she will try to prove that she has what it takes to be promoted. Plus, Kat will spend more time with Adena.

"The Bold Type" TV series airs in the US on Freeform every Tuesdays. The story of the TV show is based on former Cosmopolitan editor-in-chief Joanna Coles' life.
