‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Oct. 3: Steffy tries to find a loophole to oust Quinn; Carter reveals crucial information to Ridge [VIDEO]
An emotionally charged episode filled with legal issues opens the week of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”). On Monday, Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) explores other ways to correct her grandfather’s mistake. Since the Forresters failed to stop the wedding, Steffy begins to probe the validity of Eric (John McCook) and Quinn’s (Rena Sofer) marriage.
Speaking of legalities, Carter (Lawrence Saint-Victor) has an unwelcome piece of news for Ridge (Thorsten Kaye) that may affect the latter’s mission to take over Forrester Creations. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” cast members who will appear on the Oct. 3 installment include Wyatt (Darin Brooks), Liam (Scott Clifton) and Thomas (Pierson Fode).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of “B&B,” Carter tries to get ahold of Ridge to tell him important information about Eric. Elsewhere, Steffy pulls out all the stops to get rid of Quinn for good. The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Oct. 3 episode [watch below]. It features multiple scenes with Quinn, Carter, Steffy, Liam and Wyatt.
On the first scene, Quinn looks after Eric, who’s lying on a hospital bed. “I need to stay vigilant for my husband,” she says. In another scene, she tells someone that the Forrester family couldn’t bother to be at the wedding, because she’s not who they want for him.
Meanwhile, Carter reckons, “Things are going to get more difficult before they get better.” Steffy, on the other hand, comes to a realisation. “If there are no signatures in the marriage license, there’s no Quinn Forrester,” she says to Liam.

In the previous episode, Carter arrived at the Forrester mansion and got updated about the boycott and the confrontation that led to Eric’s health crisis. He then saw the envelope containing the power-of-attorney document inside. He opened it and was shocked with what he read. At the hospital, Quinn defended her right to know about her husband’s condition. Ridge told her that Eric had a brain hemorrhage, and the doctor said it might be because of stress. Later, Steffy and Quinn had another heated confrontation. Steffy accused Quinn of poisoning Eric, but the newlywed insisted that she loves the old man. Steffy shook her head in disbelief and vowed it’s not over yet. In the middle of their argument, Eric showed signs of movement and opened his eyes. He asked for Quinn and Ridge rushed to get her. Quinn went to Eric’s bedside and professed her love for him. Eric looked at her intently, but fell into stupor shortly after.
