‘The Bold And The Beautiful’ spoilers for Jan. 16: Katie speaks out about Steffy’s struggles; Quinn threatens Ridge
A series of surprising revelations and unexpected twists come into play on the upcoming episode of “The Bold and Beautiful” (“B&B”) as it kicks off this week. On Monday, Katie (Heather Tom) attempts to provide Eric (John McCook) the voice of reason during their discussion about Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood).
Thanks to his wife, Eric has been made to believe that Steffy still rightfully belongs to Wyatt (Darin Brooks). As a result, Eric is determined to reunite the two, even using the family company as bait. It would be interesting to watch whether Eric sticks to his guns or listen to Katie. Other “The Bold and the Beautiful” characters who will figure prominently on the Jan. 16 installment include Ridge (Thorsten Kaye), Quinn (Rena Sofer) and Liam (Scott Clifton).

TV Guide reports that on Monday’s episode of “B&B,” Katie doesn’t hold back when she expresses her opinions about Eric’s strategy to bring together Steffy and Wyatt. Meanwhile, Quinn lashes out at Ridge after realising he’s playing a dirty game to put her in a compromising situation.
The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the Jan. 16 episode. [Watch below.] It features scenes with Quinn and Katie. Quinn opens the clip as she tells Ridge that nobody knows anything about anyone. “Oh Ridge, you’re so charming, but you got caught,” she says while inside their room in San Francisco. “You’re not going to charm yourself out of this one.”
Elsewhere, Katie shares her two cents about Eric’s plans to meddle in Steffy’s relationships. “I just don’t think it’s smart to pressure her on anything,” Katie reckons.

Last week, Quinn became upset to discover that she’d be sharing a room with Ridge. However, she quickly warmed up to the idea, and over drinks, they complimented each other. Quinn took a bath and when she came out, Ridge offered more tequila. Later, a porter knocked on the door and revealed that a man rearranged their hotel bookings, changing it from two separate rooms to one. Quinn confronted Ridge about it and accused him of seducing her and destroying her marriage. She warned him that she’ll tell Eric about what happened. “You’re the one that’s going to pay the price,” she said.
Elsewhere, Wyatt and Liam talked about Quinn and Ridge’s participation at the symposium. The two argued again, this time about Quinn. After Wyatt left, Liam got a call from Ridge saying that by this time tomorrow, Quinn will be out of the picture. Liam wasn’t aware that Ridge got caught, ruining their plans of sabotage.
