In the latest installment of "The Bold and the Beautiful," the week wraps up with unresolved conflicts between the characters. On Friday, Nicole (Reign Edwards) will be noticeably troubled about Zende (Rome Flynn), and Julius (Obba Babatunde) believes that the baby she is carrying as a surrogate is putting a dent on the couple’s relationship.

The episode will also focus on Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer), Liam (Scott Clifton), Maya (Karla Mosley) and Rick (Jacob Young).

Friday’s scenes will see the continuity of what happened in the previous episode, which showed Zende and Nicole having a passionate moment. Things heated up when Zende kissed Nicole’s body, but he suddenly stopped when he got to Nicole’s stomach. Followers of the show know Zende’s true feelings about Nicole’s decision to become a surrogate for Maya and Rick. While he showed support for Nicole, Zende has his reservations about the baby because what he really wants is a normal relationship with her.

TV Guide reports that on Friday’s "Bold and the Beautiful" episode, Ivy tells Liam something unexpected as he continues to play peacemaker between her and Steffy. Meanwhile, Julius will notice that Nicole is unhappy about Zende, and says Maya and Rick are responsible for it.

The show’s official YouTube channel posted a preview video for the December 18, 2015 episode. It features multiple scenes with Julius, Ivy, Liam, Maya and Nicole.

Julius will be shown in the first scene, as he says that the baby is affecting Zende and Nicole’s relationship.

In another scene, Ivy is seen talking to Liam about their relationship. “I can’t help thinking about everything you and I have been through,” she says. “I mean, we had good times together. We were happy.”

The last cut of the video focus on Maya as she checks with Nicole. “Just tell us if you’re okay,” Maya says. Nicole replies, “I will be.”

“The Bold and the Beautiful” airs from Monday to Friday on CBS.
