Bobbi Kristina Brown’s co-guardians have been legally appointed as her grandmother announced that no progress can be seen. Bobby Brown and aunt Pat Houston are now appointed by the judge to be jointly responsible when it comes to decisions involving the daughter of Whitney Houston’s medical and other care needs.

USA Today reports that judge Jeryl Debra Rosh have already appointed Bobbi’s father and aunt as her guardians. This news is announced through a statement made by the appointed guardians’ lawyers. The judge also made lawyer Bedelia Hargrove the appointed conservator. This means Hargrove would have the authority to oversee Bobbi’s assets, which cover all her rights and legal claims.

Bobbi Brown lost her abilities to manage her own legal and financial assets, as well as decisions over her health when she was found unresponsive in a tub at her Georgia home back in Jan. 31. Four months have passed but she is yet to recover. In March, she was moved from the hospital to an undisclosed location. Even though Christopher Brown, the family’s laywer said in a statement that Bobbi already opened her eyes, Entertainment Weekly reports that Cissy Houston said her granddaughter is not progressing at all. The ailing grandma said she is willing to accept her grandchild’s fate because it is out of her own control.

The granting of the guardianship to her father and aunt is also quite timely. Earlier, it has been reported that Cissy Houston would have no qualms fighting Bobby for the guardianship of the $20 million estate of the young star, which she inherited from mom Whitney Houston. A source close to the family however, told People magazine that Bobby is the best person to have the guardianship. "Bobby is Krissy's father. He only wants what's best for her," the source told People. "This is not about him taking her money -- he has money of his own. This is about making sure that she will have the best care for as long as she needs… The truth is that he wants to get her the best care she can possibly get, that's all."
