Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert have yet to publicly comment on their recent divorce. However, they each took to their respective social media accounts to confirm that they have somehow moved on from their separation.

Yahoo News noticed the change of photo in Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert’s Twitter profile. The 39-year old reportedly broke his Twitter silence shortly after his divorce with the 31- year old country singer was announced. Shelton shared a series of tweets about his “tough workout” then removed his Twitter cover of Lambert’s Marie Claire magazine cover as his profile photo. He had it updated to his solo photo singing on stage for the crowd.

Miranda Lambert also had the same thing in mind and changed her Twitter profile photo. Gone is her photo with Blake Shelton since it has now been replaced with a promotional image of her upcoming show in Nashville. Her Twitter posts also didn’t bring up or give a hint to her recent divorce with Shelton. Instead she posted a series of tweets about her Nashville show.

Blake Shelton reportedly instigated the separation. According to Yahoo News, he filed the divorce on July 6 in Pottawatomie, Oklahoma. Reasons for the divorce were not mentioned although there have been rumours of infidelity from both parties.

A source close to the ex-couple told E Online exclusively that Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton have not been together for some time and have already been living separately before the divorce. The source further claimed that their busy schedules and their distance from each other played a part in their separation. The couple reportedly just grew apart in the process and started seeing things differently.

Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert announced their divorce on Monday, July 20. "And it is with heavy hearts that we move forward separately. We kindly ask for privacy and compassion concerning this very personal matter,” the exes said in a press statement.

In the video below, Lambert could be seen crying on stage during her Cheyenne Frontier Days concert in Wyoming on July 19. The singer also appears to be missing her wedding ring although by this time the divorce has not yet been revealed to the public.
