Hollywood couple Blake Shelton and Gwen Stefani recently showed how sweet they are with each other and used social media to display their affection for one another.

The two “The Voice” coaches took to Twitter on Wednesday until Friday, Jan. 6-8, to post flirty messages. According to People magazine, it started with Shelton’s Twitter post where he stated that his New Year’s resolution was “to be on the cover of every s---y tabloid known to man." Stefani then responded by stating that her boyfriend was “funny and cute.”

The country artist tweeted back and wrote, “And with that it's already a great 2016!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! @gwenstefani.” Shelton even included a winking emoji to his Twitter message. The “No Doubt” singer was obviously happy with Shelton’s response when she replied, “@blakeshelton eeeeekkkkkk!!!!!” Stefani added the hashtag “#wecoulddothisallday” to her Twitter post.

However, the sweet Twitter exchanges between Stefani and Shelton didn’t end there, People magazine reported. When Shelton won the 2016 People’s Choice Award for Favourite Male Country Artist and “The Voice” was awarded Favourite Competition TV Show during the award ceremony held Wednesday, Jan. 6, Shelton took to Twitter to share the good news.

“Whoa!!! I won a @peopleschoice award for country artist tonight!!!” he wrote, “And @NBCTheVoice won also!!!!!! Thank yall!!!” Stefani responded with a congratulatory message on Twitter which featured clapping emojis, along with the hashtag “#everybodylovesblake.”

Meanwhile, Stefani also hinted that she was working on a special song about Shelton, when she uploaded a group picture of herself in a music studio with several producers on Twitter, E!News reported. The “Used to Love You” crooner captioned the image, “In the studio w @justin_tranter @imjmichaels @GregKurstin #musicismagic gx.”

Shelton also showed his support and excitement over his girlfriend's new project when he posted a Twitter message, which read, “Guaranteed greatness.” Stefani then responded to his message with a Twitter post that included the hashtag "#writingasongaboutacowboy” and a heart emoji. This suggests that the singer was working on a song for her country singer boyfriend Shelton.
