Bill Cosby was greeted by protesters and avid fans alike in Denver during his Saturday night performance. It is reported that Denver's Buell Theatre saw a lively scene on Saturday evening as almost a hundred protesters shouted slogans and flashed banners to express their anger toward the famous comedian. Still, the Denver show went on.

Denver Post has reported that the venue for the Cosby show was thronged by groups of protesters. They were heard chanting slogans, like 'Rape is not a joke' and 'No Means No' as they show their protest against Cosby and his fans who attended the show.

However, once inside the performance area, the show went on peacefully without any further interruptions. The comedian was welcomed with a standing ovation. Supporters displayed a banner saying 'We love you Bill.'

Among the protesters was attorney Gloria Allred, who represents several of the 20 women who have come forward to accuse the 77-year-old comedian of sexual assault.Banners with slogans like 'If you support Cosby, you support rape,' 'Shame on you' and 'We believe the women' were flashed outside the venue.

Meanwhile, CNN has reported that Cosby's PR team has confirmed that the comedian has no plans of slowing down or canceling his scheduled shows amid all allegations raised against him. However, promoters of the Denver show did offer refunds to ticket holders if anyone changes their mind in wake of protests.

In recent developments, a new accuser has come forward, raising similar accusations of drugging and sexual assault against the comedian. Model Chloe Goins went to the Los Angeles Police Department to lodge a formal complaint regarding an incident which happened in 2008.

Cosby's lawyer Martin D Singer has released a formal statement that he has enough documents to support the fact that his client was not present in Los Angeles during the days of the alleged incident. LAPD prosecutor has yet to decide whether Cosby could be prosecuted for the allegation.
