The Big in Japan sale is already on going at the PlayStation Store. PlayStation Blog

There are a lot of ongoing sales this time of the year. While the Steam Summer Sale is still at its peak, PS4 and Xbox One players can look forward to new deals at the PlayStation and Xbox Stores.

Alongside the Mid-Year Sale that Sony has just announced, there’s also another sale, this time dubbed “Big in Japan” deals. One of the notable titles included in this sale is “The Division.”

Announced over the PlayStation Blog, the Big in Japan discount will last until July 13. The games included will have to be inspired from or be about Japanese culture. Some games to expect include “Dark Souls 3 “DmC Devil May Cry: Definite Edition” and a slew of “Final Fantasy” titles. It’s quite the long list, as there are more than 300 titles offered on the PS4, PS3 and PS Vita with up to 60 percent discount.

PlayStation players have been enjoying quite a number of sales, with the Mid-Year Sale and this Big Japan sale. If a new rumour is true, then it is possible that Xbox players will also be seeing a summer sale sometime in the next month.

GameZone has spotted a tweet by tipster Ekim, who had leaked the sale in advance. Considering that he had been responsible for leaking the recent Games with Gold lineup, there may be a big grain of truth here.

“Btw: Xbox Sale contains a lot of new AAA titles. Discounts are on the Steam Summer Sale level for most of them. Some even cheaper with Gold,” said Ekim in his tweet.

As per the report, the Xbox Summer Sale may be held sometime during the first to the second week of July. Some notable titles that have been leaked for the Xbox Summer Sale include “Devil may Care 4,” “Mirror’s Edge Catalyst,” “The Division,” “Dark Souls 3,” “Doom,” “GTA V,” Rise of the Tomb Raider” and “Dragon Ball Xenoverse.” For now, this leak is still unofficial, so it’s best to take this with a grain of salt.
