Beyoncé has landed in deep legal trouble as she is facing infringement allegations for the second time in just few months. One of the tracks, "Drunk In Love," from her self-titled album has landed the singer in a big mess.

Hungarian musician Monika Miczura, popularly known as Mitsou has filed a lawsuit against Beyoncé, her husband Jay-Z, and producer Timbaland. In her lawsuit, Mitsou has raised some serious allegations of using her song "Bajba, Bajba Pelem," which was released in the U.S. in 1997 under the title "Gypsy Life on the Road."

As per the lawsuit, the cappella which appears at the starting and later in Beyoncé's track is directly lifted from her song. The lawsuit is filed on Dec. 12 and is obtained by Entertainment Weekly.

The opening of the song in question is absolutely exotic which allegedly is sung by Mitsou. As per the filed complaint, the piece is taken without her consent who claims that she never agreed to any terms or condition to include her voice or music in the song. The singer is now seeking unmentioned damages in a Manhattan Supreme Court and also requested to prevent the song to be distributed or aired since it has her vocals without her permission.

Mitsou is also complaining that her vocals have been digitally manipulated to include in the hit track. The original song, "Bajba, Bajba Pelem," was about the sexual relations between a steady couple in love.

Beyoncé's track is quite a hit since its release and has sold more than 5 million copies worldwide to become the fastest-selling album ever on iTunes. It was the part of a self-titled album "Beyoncé" which was released as a surprise without any prior marketing or promotions, setting a new trend all together.

This is not the first infringement allegation raised against the 33-year-old American singer. Latino Post had reported last month that a track "XO" from the self-titled album is facing $3 million lawsuit filed by a court-declared pauper Ahmad Javon Lane who has claimed in his handwritten complaint that his original track' "XOXO," writings have been stolen by the R&B diva.
