Las Vegas betting sites are banking on the reliable submission of undefeated reigning women's UFC bantamweight champion Ronda Rousey to come out on top again on her upcoming bout against cat Zingano. When betting site Best Fight Odds first released its lines over the weekend, Rousey was a whopping -1300 odds-on favourite over the Alpha, the said number has already stabilized to -1050 (10.5/1 favourite) as of latest posting.

Zingano settles for a +600 (6/1 underdog) for now with the match still months away. It is unclear if Zingano's line will still improve yet it is expected that Rousey will remain the favourite. Due to the said line, one would have to bet $1050 on Rousey to win $100 while a $100 bet on Zingano can yield $600 in earnings.

Zingano and Rousey have put pen into paper to appear in UFC 184 will take place in Staples Center in Los Angeles, California on Feb. 28, 2015. The women fighters are co-headliners in the main event which will also feature the title fight for the men's middleweight reigning titleholder Chris Weidman against Brazilian Vitor Belfort.

Rowdy (10-0) is coming off impressive victories via submission over her previous opponents; the last a quick 16-minute arm bar submission of Alexis Davis last July. Zingano (9-0) might be her best challenge to date as the come backing brawler is undefeated herself and is fresh off the TKO win over Amanda Nunes last September, which many viewed as her warm-up bout before the Rousey match. While Zingano struggled early on during the Nunes fight, the fighter who just recovered from an ACL injury mustered enough fervour and capitalized on the waning aggression ofNunes in the third round to come away with the come from behind win.

The Alpha's credentials include an impressive third ranking in the pound for pound list of fighters and is the top ranked contender in the women's bantamweight division. It would be interesting is her unorthodox suplex and her formidable strength would threaten the immaculate record of the champion.

Apart from the women's fight line, the same site also produced the numbers for the Weidman-Belfort fight which also favoured the American with -475 to Belfort's. Both fights are expected to be competitive and the odds to move much closer as the fight date nears.
