Filming for “Better Call Saul” season 3 has apparently been wrapped. The cast and crew of the show celebrated the same by cutting a cake. Patrick Fabian (Howard Hamlin) posted the picture of the cake writing, “And that's a wrap on season 3.” (See the post below.)

Patrick Fabian plays as Howard Hamlin, the co-founder of Albuquerque law firm Hamlin & McGill. His good fortune, looks and charm become source of frustration for James Morgan "Jimmy" McGill (Bob Odenkirk), whose relationship with brother Charles "Chuck" McGill (Michael McKean) suffers because of that. In season 2, Hamlin was revealed to be following orders from Chuck.

“Better Call Saul” season 3 will observe Jimmy being worried about what happened in the finale episode of season 2. The incident will seemingly drag him closer to the identity of Saul Goodman, a criminal lawyer who mostly deals with those who are guilty.

In the last episode of season 2, Jimmy confesses to Chuck about tampering with documents and bribing the copy store clerk. He doesn’t want his brother to feel that his mind is deteriorating as Chuck’s health condition worsened. After he is informed by Hamlin that Chuck has quit his job, he rushes home and confesses everything.

However, Jimmy isn’t aware that he was being recorded. Chuck had hidden a tape recorder before Jimmy came in. Chuck will likely blackmail Jimmy in the forthcoming season because of the same. It seems to that he will present the evidence to the authorities. However, Jimmy will break ties with his brother and drift apart from him gradually in order to become Saul Goodman.

Furthermore, “Better Call Saul” season 3 will observe more connection with “Breaking Bad.” It has already been confirmed that Gus Fring (Giancarlo Esposito) will return to the show as the owner of the fast food chain, Los Pollos Hermanos. How he will venture into the criminal world to become a drug dealer remains to be seen.

Another major character from “Breaking Bad” is speculated to return to the show. While several theories suggest Dean Norris (Hank Schrader), others propose it could be Aaron Paul (Jessi Pinkman). However, nothing can be said to be confirmed as of now.

“Better Call Saul” season 3 air date has been announced already. The third season will premiere on AMC at 10:00 p.m. ET on April 10. The show is streamed on Stan in Australia. The streaming company is yet to announce about the third season.
