Halloween is fast approaching, and there is no denying that some of the best inspirations come from Hollywood. But as some have perfected the art of a solo costume, there are Hollywood families that have mastered the art of dressing together in theme. Beyonce, Kourtney Kardashian, "Supernatural" star Jared Padalecki, Neil Patrick Harris and more know that Halloween is a family-dressing up event.
One particular theme that families have taken quite a liking to are movies and characters. Whether the films considered classics, or are a favorite of the year, families all over Hollywood are in no shortage of options.

Last year, the eldest Kardashian sibling took a few pages out of comic books for her family’s hero-inspired costumes. The 37-year-old dressed as Wonder Woman while Mason (6), Penelope (4) and Reign (1) were different versions of The Flash.
Beyoncé, Jay-Z and Blue Ivy
With everyone looking like royalty, Beyoncé (35), Jay-Z (46) and Blue Ivy (4) respectively dressed as Queen Aoleon, King Jaffe Joffer and Imani Izzi.

The “Supernatural” actor and his wife Genevieve Cortese dressed as the characters from “How To Train Your Dragon.” Rounding up the group were their children, Thomas Colton (4) and Austin Shepherd (2).
