Although it was a night to reveal who takes home the awards for the best of the best in television, some of these ladies have already claimed their glamour award at the red carpet arrivals.

The night turned blue as television's finest ladies arrived at the red carpet, predominantly in blue hues. From Sofia Vergara to Heidi Klum, the 2012 Emmy Awards was all about dazzle and sparkle.

Modern Family's Sofia Vergara was one of the showstoppers that evening. The sexy actress was dressed in a fully beaded Zuhair Muhrad greenish-bluish dress. The Colombian actress certainly looked like a bombshell while she posed for photographers at the red carpet arrivals.

Heidi Klum who recently admitted that she is dating her bodyguard also showed everyone that her "heartbreak" stage is over. The German supermodel proved that she still has the body that younger actresses would be jealous of. Heidi stepped out in a seafoam Alexander Vauthier gown with a sexy slit that showed her toned legs.

A-list actress Nicole Kidman was also in blue. The actress who appeared with her husband Keith Urban wore a sleek Antonio Berardi creation. Hayden Panettiere looked older than her actual age when she stepped out in a blue and gold Marchesa gown.

Meanwhile, Ryan Seacreast has definitely a lot to be proud about his girlfriend Julianne Hough who looked stunning in a Georges Hobieka couture gown. Zooey Deschanel looked like a prom princess in her custom Reem Acra dress.
