Another "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" set photos have been leaked. This time it allegedly hints the death of Superman and his exile from Earth.

Is Superman finally being condemned for the destruction he's caused in Metropolis in "Man of Steel"? This is what's supposedly being hinted at from the recent photos of the Detroit set of "BVS." Courtesy of Twitter users Tim Reinman and Tim Malin, Movieweb claims the photos showing a mob of protesters are calling for Superman's death. One sign with a "crude alien" drawing reads "Super-Death." While another sign called on Superman as an alien. It reads "When Invasion Becomes Reality Revolt Becomes Duty!"

The photos were posted online on September 29 and September 30.Tim Reinman claims movie extras shot the protest scene at the Detroit location of "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." He captioned the images with "Super Death"? Swastikas? Protests in Metropolis (#Detroit) against Superman! #BatmanvSuperman @D3T0N8R Let's go see!"

The protesters are clearly angry towards Superman as seen on the photos. The extent of their resentment was supposedly so great that they reportedly even burned a dummy image of the superhero. Tim Malin shared his photo on September 30 and captioned it "They were so angry with Superman, @treinman, that they were burning him in effigy! #BatmanvSuperman."

According to IGN another Twitter user, DCU Movie Page, pointed out the similarities of the Metropolis protest scene to one of Grant Morrison's stories from 2011's Action Comics #3. As seen on the photo, it also shows the same mob holding signs calling for Superman to leave Earth. One sign reads "Earth 4 Earthlings" while another tells him to "Go Back Home" to his planet.

Aquaman supposedly also harbours resentment towards Superman. As previously mentioned by the International Business Times, the aquatic superhero is said to be furious at Superman. Aquaman allegedly blames him for what he's caused to the Indian Ocean following the destruction of the World Engine in "Man of Steel."

However, opposing speculations claim Aquaman couldn't be angry with Superman since he supposedly saved him from drowning in "Man of Steel." Following a fiery rig explosion, a weakened Clark Kent was sent to the ocean after he rescues his shipmates. The two giant whales on the video (below) were supposedly sent by Aquaman to save the superhero and bring him safely to shore. Still, details of Aquaman's character in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" and his supposed resentment towards Superman remains as speculation. So far there's been no confirmed report of the character even being in the sequel. Jason Momoa has been rumoured to play as Aquaman but the actor has repeatedly denied his involvement in the movie.
