It's still unclear if Jesse Eisenberg will be a bald Lex Luthor in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." However, speculations point to that possibility based on the actor's recent look seen in the movie poster for "Now You See Me: The Second Act."

Fandango has released the first cast photo for the sequel, which shows the actor with his co-stars Mark Ruffalo, Woody Harrelson, Dave Franco, Michael Caine and newcomers Lizzy Caplan and Daniel Radcliffe. According to Screenrant, Eisenberg's hair in the photo has many viewers wondering if he had portrayed a bald Lex Luthor in "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice." Gone are the actor's trademark curly locks. Instead he is sporting a crew-cut hairstyle, which per Screenrant is interesting to see since "BVS" reportedly recently wrapped up its principal photography. However, it's supposedly also possible that his look was for his new hairstyle in "Now You See Me 2."

Jesse Eisenberg's look as Lex Luthor supposedly still remains a topic of debate for fans ever since he was cast for the role. In the comics, the villain is specially known for his bald look, although at one point he also had hair. According to Screenrant leaked images from the set of the movie especially fueled speculations the actor will be bald. Back in September Twitter user HenryCavillNews shared a photo of the actor while on the set with a cloth covering his head.

Additionally, Batman-news pointed out Eisenberg's look when he was spotted at Sydney, Australia's airport on Nov. 11. According to the site the actor clearly shaved his head for "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" as evident on the images shared on the site. However, it's still uncertain if the actor is really bald as the photos show him wearing a beanie.

The International Business Times also previously cited a source who claimed to have seen the actor's hair while filming some LexCorp scenes. The eyewitness claimed Jesse Eisenberg was sporting a long wavy hair, but not his "typical curly look." According to the source his hair was "a bit longer, kind of loose and wavy, and it's dirty blonde." However, the eyewitness added the scene takes place toward the beginning of the movie. So it's still likely that "Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice" would show Lex Luthor going bald in the end.
