Ben Affleck stepped out last week with his wife Jennifer Garner for a morning coffee. The "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" actor reportedly looked in great spirits after his humanitarian efforts were recognised at the People's Choice Awards. The actor, who received a touching speech from award presenter Amy Adams at the event, was seen in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles early on Thursday morning.

He was dressed casually in track pants and a blue jumper. He coupled his look with a pair of black Nike sneakers whereas Garner donned a pair of grey trousers and a grey and brown cardigan. She had tied her hair in a loose ponytail. The 42-year-old actor kept his hands in the pocket. Garner was seen walking beside him. The couple did not indulge in public display of affection (PDA). According to Daily Mail, Affleck did not offer his hand to Garner while crossing a street, which reportedly left the latter embarrassed.

Affleck and Garner got married in 2005. The couple has three kids together, Violet Affleck, Seraphina Rose Elizabeth Affleck and Samuel Garner Affleck. They began dating in mid-2004 after working together in films such as "Pearl Harbour" and "Daredevil." They got engaged in April 2005 and got married on June 29, 2005 in a low-key ceremony. Affleck previously dated Jennifer Lopez. He dated her after working with her in "Gigli." The two ended their engagement for unknown reasons.

Meanwhile, Affleck was touched by his friend Adams' speech that she gave before presenting him with the humanitarian award. "The same qualities that make my friend Ben Affleck a phenomenal actor, director and writer are also what make him an extraordinary humanitarian. He puts his heart and soul into everything he does," she said about the actor, reported People. Affleck got the award for his humanitarian work in Eastern Congo.

In other news, Affleck is currently shooting for Zack Snyder's film "Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice." He plays Batman in the film. The film also stars Henry Cavill and Gal Gadot in the lead role. The much-anticipated film is scheduled to released in March 2016.
