“Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” is still many months away from its official U.S. release on March 25, 2016 and yet some scene descriptions have already emerged. There are some details that describe what takes place at Wayne Manor and the rooftop where the two heroes face-off.

Movie director Zack Snyder recently talked with Entertainment Weekly to share some “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” scene descriptions for its Comic-con cover. Batman-News noted an excerpt from the publication’s article that teases Batman’s determination to fight off Superman.

“Right now, Bruce Wayne (Ben Affleck) and his loyal butler, Alfred (Jeremy Irons), are gravely intoning their lines into a burned-out fireplace, as Bruce prepares for his Valley of Elah moment with Superman. The billionaire vigilante appears weary but determined.”

The “Batman V Superman: Dawn of Justice” trailer released in April included a teaser to the superheroes’ epic fight scene, where it shows Superman and Batman having a stare down under the rain. Entertainment Weekly further revealed some descriptions to that scene. Recalling the opportunity to actually see some portions of the fight scene last month in Snyder’s editing suite in Pasadena, the publication described the heroes "throwing each other through walls and skylights." It’s expected the showdown will bring undeniable thrill to fans as they watch the two heroes on a rainy rooftop battle.

According to Batman-News, it’s likely that Batman will consider his fight with Superman very personal considering the events in “Man of Steel.” Kal-El was to blame for the many deaths of Wayne Enterprises employees. Bruce Wayne’s building was reportedly one of the casualties during Superman’s battle with General Zod. Even actor Ben Affleck considered this tragedy as one of the reasons for Batman’s contempt towards Superman since Batman “knew people who died in that Black Zero event.”

Entertainment Weekly also described a scene where it shows Bruce Wayne’s plans to defeat Kal-El. In this scene, Bruce Wayne and his butler are in the Batcave, where he “outlines his motivations to a skeptical Alfred, a bit of realpolitik reasoning that weighs the morality of a preemptive strike on Superman against even the minimal chance of humanity’s destruction.”
